All summer long, Christine would sit with a magazine near a home that was being constructed with Austin in his stroller, eyes fixed and gazing upon Dave and his excavator. Austin LOVES watching the excavator dig and clear land with its "big scoop". So...with one small plot of land left to be cleared in our developmeent, and with it recently being purchased...Dave was out there once again (for the first time in at least 3 months) digging away with his excavator.
>Austin got to watch for about 45 minutes (in total), and loved every minute of it...from the comforts of his warm car, listening to Joe Bonamassa...if there is a such thing as "heaven" for Austin, ti was probably those 45 mins today (no kidding).
The latter half of the day was a little less than hot...Austin and Christine returned home after swim class last night only to have Christine begin to fall ill...she went to bed early with some sort of stomach bug and has yet to rise this morning, but hopefully is was just a 12-24 hour-thing. Time will tell, right?
