As we all knew that she would/could, Keith's triumphant return to work left Christine no worse for wear.
Keith left at 10:30 am and didn't return until 8:30 pm...Daddy returned home to find Mommy and Austin both looking forward to his arrival, but also (more importantly) happy! Apparently, or so the story goes, Austin was a bit fussy on and off in the early part of the morning (he was awake for about 5 hours)...but he was consistently consolable when fussy and was much more sleepy (as would be expected) in the afternoon.
We would love to tell you how much more eventful the day was, but alas, it would be a lie.
Today should be more eventful...Austin is going to see the doctor in the late morning; we will be sure to let you all know how he did.
